How does ZenNow work?

ZenNow is Australia's premium on-demand mobile massage service, delivering top quality in-home massages to the comfort of your own home, office or hotel. Whether you want a Swedish, Relaxation, Remedial or Sports massage, our certified and pre-vetted massage experts are here to deliver your moment of Zen.

Simply log onto the app or website, select your massage from a range of different styles, and book either on-demand (in as little as an hour) or schedule an appointment for later (up to 14 days in advance). Then sit back, relax and we'll do the rest!

Which cities does ZenNow currently operate in?

ZenNow currently operates in Sydney and Melbourne (metro areas). When placing a booking we will ask you to put in your postcode to ensure we service your area. We currently have plans to expand to other major cities in Australia so if you're not from Sydney or Melbourne feel free to connect with us on social media to stay up to date with our expansion and be notified when we launch in your city.

What massage types does ZenNow offer?

When can I book a massage?

ZenNow operates 7 days a week from 9:00am to 10:30pm. Simply log onto our app or visit our website to place a booking during these hours.

Do I need to supply a massage table or sheets?

Our massage therapists bring everything they need to the appointment - including the massage table, clean sheets and towels, oils and music.

We are more than happy however if you prefer to use your own equipment - just let your therapist know!

Do I need to provide parking for the massage therapist?

When placing a booking we will ask you to provide detailed parking information for your therapist - for example if they can park in your driveway or if you have any visitor parking available. If you're booking from a hotel, we ask that you kindly reimburse your massage therapist for the costs incurred for valet parking.

Who are your massage therapists?

ZenNow massage therapists are some of Australia's top mobile massage therapists. All our therapists are fully qualified, insured and thoroughly screened prior to joining the ZenNow team and are reviewed by our customers after each massage appointment.

Can I pick my therapist?

The ZenNow platform matches your booking to the first available massage therapist, so we don't allow you to choose your massage therapist individually. This allows for a more seamless booking process and means that your booking gets confirmed much quicker. We do allow you to choose which gender massage therapist you would like, and all ZenNow therapists are all fully qualified and insured.

Are there any medical conditions that would not be suitable for massage therapy?

Yes, there are a number of medical conditions whereby massage therapy is not recommended. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us or seek advice from your doctor. It is important that you discuss any medical conditions or medication you are taking with your therapist before receiving your treatment. If applicable, your therapist may require a written recommendation or approval from your doctor.

What do I wear during the massage?

Most massage treatments are done with clients undressed, particularly with oil massages. You will need to wear underwear at all times. You will always be given privacy to undress, and our therapists are trained in draping techniques to ensure you are sufficiently covered during your massage. It is however your decision, and if you do not want to undress your therapist will work around your preferences to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

What happens if I need to re-schedule my booking?

If you need to reschedule your booking, the simplest way to do this is to cancel your booking via our app or website, and place a new booking. This way you don't need to wait to find out if your assigned therapist is able to do the new requested time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow you to cancel your appointment at any time through your account on our website or via your booking in the app, subject to the below cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the appointment start time are permitted with no penalty. We will automatically refund the massage cost back onto your card.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment start time incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the massage cost
  • Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to the appointment start time incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the massage cost
